2. Pre-Information Form (Summary)

This form informs the Buyer about the distance sales transaction in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation before the contract is concluded.

The Buyer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, unless the product is customized or falls within statutory exceptions.

3. Distance Sales Agreement

3.1 Parties

Seller and Buyer details are as stated in the Pre-Information Form and order records.

3.2 Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through caglacabaoglu.com, in accordance with the Distance Sales Regulation and Law No. 6502.

3.3 Product and Payment

Product details, pricing, and payment plan are displayed on the order and checkout pages and form an integral part of this agreement.

3.4 General Provisions

The Buyer confirms reading the pre-information and provides electronic confirmation.
Artworks are unique. In the rare event of duplicate sale (e.g., simultaneous in-gallery sale), the Seller will notify the Buyer and refund the payment without delay.
Digital images may differ slightly due to screen settings; such differences do not constitute a defect.
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package. If there is visible damage, a damage report should be issued with the carrier and the package should not be accepted. Without a report, the delivery is deemed intact.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without any reason or penalty.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing by email or registered mail within the period.
Returned artworks must be complete, unused, and undamaged with original packaging, accessories, invoice, and the Certificate of Authenticity. Returns without a certificate are not accepted.
If returned via the Seller's designated carrier, return shipping cost is covered by the Seller. Otherwise, the Buyer bears the cost and liability.

5. Withdrawal Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared according to the Buyer’s requests or clearly personalized needs (e.g., custom framing, personalized inscriptions, commissioned works).
